New Vistas Teaching Project
The New Vistas Teacher Project creates a sustainable "fast track" program that will dually certify and prepare approximately 55 career changers and recent college graduates a year in the areas of Special Education, ESL, and Bilingual Education.
Courses and researched-based modules offered will prepare participants to receive Elementary, Middle, and High School certification and to become teachers of record in two high-need urban school districts in New Jersey:
East Orange Public Schools
Elizabeth Public Schools
Applications for Cohort IV are being accepted on a rolling basis
